????If the pins missing are ones that you will expect to be in the simulation, then yes it will be a problem, if not, then you can safely ignore them. There is a possibility if you are doing crosstalk analysis that these "neighbor" nets will be used, thus the model may become more important. You can use the model assignment, create device to make a new IBIS Device model that has all the pins that Allegro knows about, just assign the IOCells that came from your vendor to the appropriate pins.
